Tiles,Tiles Tiles

I love what can be done with tiles. They can withstand heat and cold and get wet. They are the perfect medium for functional art. I also love adding the 3D element to make tiles even more fun. So here are some examples of various projects I have worked on. They come round, square, rectangle and can be cut or molded into any shape.

Puppet Loving

My youngest sister Nancy and I were talking about how much people of all ages love puppets. She would know as she worked for years for Jim Henson. Tonight she sent me a link to a video she worked on in those years. It's on You Tube now and has had over a million and a half views!! So here's to spring break whether you get one or not, watch the muppets and pretend you are away at Kokomo!!

Right Out of a Storybook

Look at these darling photos that I received yesterday. This is Evie one of my little friends and the best one year old model I could ever dream of!! I think her mom might have a new career as a photographer!!

A Quote on Eating

The season of Lent is fast upon us. A time of giving up something for 40 days until Easter. Some kind of food is usually first on people's minds. Anyway, I saw this quote at a local eatery called Hubble and Hudson. Thought you might enjoy it as well.
